I recently had a very unpleasant experience involving my long-awaited vacation and, specifically, my dealings with Expedia, Air Canada Vacations and the Hotel Xcaret near Cancun, Mexico. I hope you will bear with me while I try to summarize the issues I had as completely and accurately as possible.
